Made initial appointment for my pinched nerve in my neck. Needless to say two weeks after this appointment they left me hanging. Prescribed something insurance would not cover without prior approval. Thus was on Fri so had to wait Monday morning and call and ask again for an answer for some relief. Now they did this again so I now am going two weeks with nothing. Stopped bye today to ask for help and the great Dr Bolla, was right in front of me and was still unable to help. Told me he would review my chart which we had just done literally with me, and get back to me. So yes everything you read above is true an worse. Looking to make a dollar on unnecessary procedures and very unhelpful. Probably a cracker jack diploma from somewhere we've never heard of or can't begin to understand how to pronounce.
