Northern Oral Surgery at 104 Paddock Street #103, Watertown, New York.

1. I would have had surgery a month ago, but these people don't like to do there paper work. They called me day before to say they never got ok back from tri care nor where paid for my consultation. I had to call and get their bill paid! Turns out they never submitted my surgeon info to get okay'd.

2. A month later I go in for surgery they called me night before, asked if I had a ride I said yes id be taking taxi to and from, the girl said ok. The receptionist/ anesthesia is very un polite,RUDE, you name it that's what she was! She told he I couldn't be all the way under becasue my ride is not sitting in the office!

'Then she closed her glass door and proceeded to talk about me to the other girl! "I just cant deal with someone like that today," REALLY GIRL I CAN HEAR YOU!

3. ~they give bare mimimial information on what to expect/ what needs to be done, they didn't even give me a cleaning tool until the third time I was in

4. I got and infection and the doc tells me to wait until the morning to call his office, I go, He gave me paking for my teeth. He told me to come in again the next day so "she" could re- pack my teeth. I did and she just took it out. I had to wait all weekend and monday went in again. TURNS out she wrote on the chart she packed my teeth for the second time. And the doctor questioned, her and said, Well the chart says you did and there's no packing.

Be Aware they just want your money they don't care!

ID RATHER PULL ALL MY WISDOM TEETH OUT MYSELF THAN GO THERE!
